Whether it be standard armed reaction or proactive specialized tactical intervention, Fidelity has the expertise to provide recommendations and/or a full tactical appreciation.

FRS boasts a specialised competent armed response division, this 24/7 reaction unit will ensure quick response to your emergencies. With dedicated vehicles, guaranteeing your safety at all times, a highly trained armed response team will be able to assist in specialised response techniques with panic & alarm activations and proactively identifying suspicious activity in the form of vehicles, personnel, etc. All suspicious activity is then fed into the Fidelity National Control Centre to be analysed.

The Tactical Units are comprised of specially trained Tactical Force members with the support of the interactive Fidelity Control Centre. The unit comprises of Tactical Ground support that will be deployed including a qualified paramedic and trained security dogs. Subsequently if an incident occurs the Unit will immediately be dispatch and respond to such and notify all security networks within the area. In addition to the Ground Support unit Tactical Air Support by means of a helicopter is available to provide air surveillance and to respond to incidents. If required as a service the helicopter will visit sites and if possible together with permission granted, the helicopter will land and provide standby duties.
